Trainor has developed the world’s most compressive library of high quality eLearning for workers in Hazardous areas and are seeking a Business Development Manager. Are you highly motivated, creative and passionate individual with experience from Ex and Hazardous area markets? The position will be key for Trainor to work internationally with partnerships, alliances and direct blue chip customer contact.

Responsibility areas

  • Responsible for international sales through partnerships and direct customer contact
  • Initiate market activities and exhibitions and seminars
  • Plan and optimize sales targets and processes
  • Advising customers on products and respond feedback back to Trainor development team
  • Observe and respond to new market opportunities
  • Initiate and build networks and customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience within the hazardous area market
  • Know the key players in the hazardous area market
  • Proven experience and documented results from a sales position, is preferred
  • Demonstrated good technical understanding and a business mindset
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English
  • Interest to build a new business arm for Trainor and be a key to the development
