The goal
After completing the course, participants shall have the knowledge and skills to:
- Respond and act in the event of an alarm, and follow emergency procedures.
- Ensure effective evacuation of the vessel.
- Take care of passengers and crew in an evacuation situation.

Seafarers employed in positions on board ro-ro passenger ships and other passenger ships, who are assigned duties in emergency or safety functions.
