The course provides necessary theoretical training to equip you to carry out first aid in connection with electrical accidents. In order to be able to administer competent first aid following an electrical accident, you must complete practical training in CPR (mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and chest compression) in addition to the theoretical training.

The course meets the official requirements for annual theoretical training in first aid, with the exception of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Personnel must renew their training at least every 12 months; cf. Guidelines to §7 in Operation of Electrical Installations (FSE).
