Det er ikke et spesifikt krav til prøving av AFDD i NEK 400:2022. For øvrig er det heller ikke spesifikke krav til prøving av funksjonen til overstrømsvern.

Generelt gjelder krav til at anvisninger fra produsent skal følges (fel § 36).
