Hei!

Er dt tillatt med IT fordeling system der nullpunktet er fremført, men ikke jordet  på fartøy.

Eventuellt at nullpunktet er jordet via impedans/motstand/disnauter med fremfør nullpunkt. Dette blir vel omtrent slik det gamle 110V systemet som bel brukt noen steder i norge (Stavanger)

Om jeg forstår deg rett er ikke nullpunktet koblet til. Men at det er et nullpunkt på trafoen. Det vil si at trafoen er isolert (IT) og det er rett. 

Det er ikke vanlig å bruke Disneuter på skip (Dette er brukt på landanlegg med hensyn på lynoverspenninger).
