Participants receive digital access to the textbook N301E via the Directorate of Public Roads and Transport Departmen`s own pages.
Goal
The course provides practical training in how to safely perform manual traffic control, the hazards involved, and how to protect oneself. Participants will also gain a basic understanding of the requirements set by the road authorities.

Regulations
The course follows the guidelines from the Directorate of Public Roads and Transport Department and provides a certificate issued by the Directorate of Public Roads and Transport Department upon successful completion of the course. The course is valid for 5 years before it must be renewed.
Prerequisites
- Must have completed Course Work Zone Safety 1 or Work Zone Safety 2
- Must hold a valid Class B driver’s license (This requirement may be waived during training, but the certificate will only be issued once the driving test is passed)
- Must be proficient in spoken Norwegian
