In "regulations on organisation, management and participation" Chap. 8 §8-1 General requirements for training, the regulations state that: The employer is responsible for ensuring that the employee has the necessary training. The fall protection course covers this requirement through compulsory training in theoretical and practical introduction to fall protection.
