Target
Increase first aid competence in the event of injuries and accidents, so that you know how to act in an accident situation, and become able to provide life-saving first aid in various life-threatening situations.

You will receive the necessary theoretical training to be able to perform first aid in the event of injuries and accidents. In order for you to be competent to provide correct first aid, in addition to this theoretical review, you must be trained in CPR (mouth-to-mouth and cardiac compression).
The course satisfies guidelines from national first aid councils.
