Target

After completing the course, the participant should acquire knowledge, attitudes, and skills in fire and injury prevention measures according to the requirements of Norwegian legislation. This will enhance the company's expertise in ensuring the protection of the environment, life, health, and material assets through its fire prevention efforts. This course provides a necessary and solid foundation for the practical part, which also includes training in the use of basic firefighting equipment.

Target group

Both users and owners of buildings are required by health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as the Fire Safety Regulations, to have knowledge about fire safety.

The course covers the requirements of the new regulation that came into effect on January 1, 2016 and is aimed at fire safety managers and individuals responsible for fire safety on each floor, as well as other health, safety, and environmental personnel focused on fire safety.
