We’re looking for a passionate Learning designer who wants to help create engaging and effective training solutions for some of the country’s leading industrial companies.

You’re passionate about visual communication and great user experiences, and you have experience developing e-learning courses—ideally from concept and script to finished product. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and thrive when combining structure with creativity. With us, you’ll help develop digital training solutions that set the standard in the industry.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role include

As our new Learning designer, you will play a key role in the development of our e-learning courses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • From concept to finished course: You’ll be involved in the entire production process—from script development to the final e-learning product.
  • Creating engaging learning experiences: You’ll structure and design interactive learning experiences using recognized e-learning and content creation tools.
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams: You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, designers, and project managers to create the best possible solutions.


We’re looking for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and great user experiences, and who is motivated by creating learning that truly engages.

We value the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in developing e-learning content, preferably from an agency or production environment.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with Articulate 360 or similar e-learning authoring tools. Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus.
  • Communication skills: You communicate clearly and confidently, both visually and in writing.
  • Structure and creativity: You are organized, goal-oriented, and able to combine structure with a creative approach.
  • Language: Strong language skills in both Norwegian and English, with the ability to communicate complex subject matter in both languages.
