We are looking for a Project Engineer to strengthen our skilled control and measurement team. With us, you’ll have a varied workday where you handle measurement and documentation of grounding systems at facilities across the country – from power lines to industry and energy production. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who prioritizes safety and wants to contribute to high quality in an important part of the energy sector.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and carrying out measurement assignments for our customers.
  • Collaborating closely with skilled colleagues on resource planning.
  • Contributing to method development and sharing best practices.
  • Playing a key role in supporting new and existing customers through close follow-up and solid service

We are looking for

We are looking for an electrical professional, preferably with a background as an energy fitter. If you also have a technical college education, that’s an advantage. You have experience in measurement, testing, or field service work, and you enjoy solving technical challenges where they happen – out in the field, at facilities, and preferably while traveling. You are proficient in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken, and you appreciate a workday that combines practical tasks with mobility.

Personal qualities we value:

  • You are accurate and methodical – your measurement data can withstand audits.
  • You are service-oriented and clear in communication with customers and colleagues.
  • You work independently in the field but are a team player when it comes to planning and sharing experiences.
  • You are structured, systematic, and take initiative for improvements.

We offer

  • A strong technical environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous development.
  • Varied and challenging assignments across different industries and environments.
  • Thorough training and great opportunities for professional development – both in the field and through competence-building initiatives.
  • Flexible workdays and extra time off on bridging days.
  • A work environment characterized by engagement, collaboration, and openness.
