EnglishEnglishTrainor offers a standard Data Processing Agreement as a data processor. This agreement addresses definitions, responsibilities, notification rules and procedures, information security, etc.
As a client of Trainor storing information about your employees, your company, as the data controller, must enter into this agreement.
The signing of the Data Processing Agreement takes place as follows:
1. Log in and go to "My Company."
2. Download, fill out the necessary fields, and sign the agreement.
3. Send the agreement digitally to Trainor's data protection advisor.
4. Trainor will then sign the agreement, keep a copy for itself, and send a digital copy back.
Note: The agreement is signed with Trainor Elsikkerhet AS.
