EnglishEnglishTo ensure that you, as a user/customer, receive the course documentation and certification you are entitled to, we need to store some of your personal data.
The required fields during registration are first name, last name, email, and language. This information is necessary to verify your identity and log in to the system. Additionally, we request the optional fields of date of birth and phone number. Note: In some cases, phone number and date of birth are also required.
Your personal data will not be used for any purpose other than to administer the course and store course completion/certificates. Personal data is never shared with other parties unless you specifically request it. For example, if you want multiple companies to have access to your course certificates.
By giving your general consent, you agree that we store your personal data and send you automatic/necessary emails or SMS related to course completion and course administration. Trainor will not contact you via the provided email or phone number for other purposes unless you have specifically consented to this.
If you wish to receive marketing emails, your contact information will be stored in our CRM system. We customize marketing emails based on the type of industry registered with the associated company. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time.
If your user is not associated with a company, your personal data will be stored for five (5) years after the course's validity/competence expires, or until you request to be deleted.
After a course is completed, your personal data will be stored for five (5) years after the course's validity/competence expires, or until you request to be deleted. If the user is affiliated with a company, the company is the data controller, and the user will not be automatically deleted.
Personal data related to orders is retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Section 13 of the Accounting Act.
If your workplace has registered you as a user, you must contact your nearest supervisor/HR manager or the person who registered you as a user with Trainor. They should be able to assist you further with your request.
If you have registered yourself privately or for your own company, you can request to be deleted and/or request access to the system. Deletion can be done from "My Page" on trainor.no. Access to the system can be requested by sending an email to support@trainor.no from the email address you are registered with on trainor.no, or by calling us using the phone number you are registered with, specifying your request. We will follow up with a final confirmation and provide all stored information about you within 30 days from the time the request was made.

The data controller for corporate clients is the supervisor in your company. Please contact your data protection officer/HR manager/supervisor if you have questions about the storage of your information on trainor.no.
